Project description

PartWiss is a joint project of Chemnitz University of Technology, Center for Responsible Research and Innovation, Fraunhofer IAO, Technische Universität Berlin, the Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research and the German Centre for Integrative Biodiversity Research. Gesellschaft für transdisziplinäre und partizipative Forschung e.V. and mit:forschen! are associated partners of the project which is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF).

The core of the joint project PartWiss is the conception and organisation of the conference series of the same name. The conferences, which will take place annually from 2024 to 2026, are designed as a practice-oriented and interactive forum

Our aim is to promote the development of expertise and sustainable networks as well as the exchange of knowledge in the field of participation in research.

The Center for Responsible Research and Innovation, Fraunhofer IAO, is the local organiser of PartWiss 24 taking place from 4 to 6 December 2024 at silent green Kulturquartier in Berlin.
